We are able to keep the hours very flexible and everyone in the team is encouraged to develop their role around their own particular interests. If you would like to introduce new services, we will support your plan and development.
What we offer
We provide services to adults with neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs. Due to the prevalence of Parkinson’s disease in the Goulburn Valley, a number of clients will present with this condition. We provide 1:1 and group therapy with a strong focus on multidisciplinary input.Clients may have different funding sources including privately funded, Medicare (EPC) and NDIS (self or case managed).
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
We are looking for an occupational therapist to join the team to offer our clients the range of services they require from the one multidisciplinary team helping with planning, handover, time management, goal setting and offering a collaborative approach.
We also thrive to only offer the highest quality of service and expertise, evidence base therapy and care.
You could work on a casual, part time or full time basis with hours of work flexible to suit your needs and ability to work from home when it makes sense.
The experience in this position will be in community work and in complex disability and therapy may include addressing barriers that affect a person emotional, physical and social needs.
SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
We are looking for a speech pathologist to join the team to offer our clients the range of services they require from the one multidisciplinary team helping with planning, handover, time management, goal setting and offering a collaborative approach.

You could work on a casual or part time capacity..
The experience in this position will be in community work with individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions and will include assistive technology recommendations.
Therapy may be 1:1 or group therapy.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
We are looking for a physiotherapist to join the team.
We also thrive to only offer the highest quality of service and expertise, evidence base therapy and care. For that reason, prior to or soon after commencing, we will support you to gain additional neurological training. This will include the Basic Bobath training, PD Warrior training and, based on interests, other relevant training such as Pilates for Neurological Conditions and MS Get a Head Start.
You could work on a casual or part time capacity which could evolve to full time.
You will work with a wide range of presentations and have the opportunity to develop your role in what you'd like it to be.
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
We are looking for a exercise physiologist to join the team.
The services delivered by the successful applicant will include 1:1, group, centre based, home based, hydrotherapy sessions and other services as applicable. The Exercise Physiologist will possess a high level of clinical knowledge, act as a clinical resource for staff and may undertake supervision of junior team members, Allied Health Assistants and students where applicable.
In this role you will be supported to continue to update your skills and knowledge relevant to their designated area and work collaboratively with clients, peers and multidisciplinary team at Neuro Spark Rehab and external service providers.
You could work in part time capacity which could evolve to full time.
