Emily completed her Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition via LaTrobe University in 2023 and studied online during covid, undertaking subjects such as Nutrition Education for Adults, Sports Nutrition and Food as Medicine. 

Emily is extremely passionate about how food and lifestyle can impact our overall health and wellbeing and uses a range of evaluation tools and learning techniques to aid in the process of learning how to fuel your body as a unique individual. 

Emily specialises in using functional foods as medicine to aid in the management of neurological diseases and general health.
